For many patients the first step is your doctor requesting physical therapy. The physician can fax it directly to our office or give it to you to hand deliver. 

Please be aware that not all insurance companies require a doctor’s referral. Some insurance companies allow for direct access to the physical therapist without a referral. Additionally, we  have an affordable self pay rate for those who choose not to use insurance. Call the clinic at 501-687-0851 for more details.

Evaluation visits generally last about an hour but we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out any additional paperwork and an intake survey that helps us to track your progress through therapy.

The purpose of the evaluation visit is to provide you with a thorough assessment by our physical therapists so that we can establish a tailored treatment plan.   Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows you to move freely. Follow-up visits typically last 30 minutes to an hour and help us to further assess, progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
